DO YOU NEED HELP WITH EQUINES IN DISTRESS?
Unfortunately, there may be times when the owners of equines, including individuals and rescue and sanctuary organizations, find themselves in a situation where they can not afford to help an equine in distress.
Rather than see a beloved horse or other equine relinquished or needlessly euthanized, Horse Rescue Fund strives to help by paying for the help needed.
We may, depending on the funds we have available, be able to help pay for veterinary services, euthanasia assistance, farrier services, hay, and other feed purchases.
If you need help feeding, vetting, or caring for equines in distress please fill out the form below and include as many details as possible about your situation, including the condition of your equine or equines, and the nature of the help needed.
If we have the funds available to help, if your need fits our criteria and your application is approved, we will pay for feed, stabling, veterinary or other care.
Funds will be paid directly to those providing the feed or services, for example, the veterinarian or the farrier, feed store, or hay provider.
Please be aware that we will need documented proof of the financial need before considering each application.
